I've stayed here twice using it as an airport hotel the night before a flight. It's a nice hotel but massively overpriced. If you're using public transport then it's not convenient to get into the city and it's not really all that close to the airport either. The shuttle bus is free, but quite infrequent and on no specific schedule. It just a single bus driving the loop and you have to wait until it shows up. Both times I've stayed there there's been a massive queue to use the incredibly small and slow elevators. Most people end up using the stairs, even for the top floor. If you don't want to eat in their overpriced restaurant then your only other option is the Supermac's in the filling station across the road and you can't even sit in there after 8pm. Food options are very limited so eat before you arrive. Ripoff Ireland is still going strong and I didn't see any cheaper hotels when I was booking so it is what it is. It's a very nice hotel in an inconvenient location cashing in on the airport traffic and the lack of competition. It's more than you need (and almost definitely more than you want to pay) if you're just looking to get your head down for a few hours before an early flight. It's just frustrating that I can stay in central London for cheaper than I can stay by Dublin airport.

They seemed to be having some online issues. After paying for parking in the morning the gates would not open as you approached them. Italian restaurant was not great and waiter was not at all friendly

Lot's of tile at the front door area. There were many tiles that were loose and wobbly. Almost fell because of one of these tiles. Told the front desk and got a care less response. I doubt that I'll return to Ireland, but if I did I wouldn't stay there. Also if you have a rental car you have to pay for parking. Says 15 euros for 24 hrs but when I left 14 hours later the charge was 30 euros. A rip off to say the least.
