"We just flew in from Barcelona...11 hour flight...9:30 pm check in was 3:30am for us. I am sorry I don't remember the young womans name who checked us in...she was delightful and helpful..and very welcoming. "

"Beautiful, relaxing, and great stay at the Diplomat Hollywood Beach Resort. Our room was exactly what I reserved for, 19th Floor Oceanview with Balcony. Perfect level with a great view at eye level . Staff is very kind and accommodating. Shout out to Eugene from Bell Service, very nice and helpful. The only issue I found and it’s important, the rooms are not well cleaned. Found pretzels on the floor under desk when we checked in. Also, I happened to still be in the room when I saw one lady change the garbages and then tried to refill the coffee pods with the same gloves! Luckily I was in the room to let her know. Overall, amazing hotel and service. Waking up to the view of the beach was relaxing. I am already planning to go back. "
