"Upon check in, I was sitting in a wheelchair and even though I made the reservation, the front desk girl did not converse with me when my husband went to the car to retrieve my purse. Once my husband came back, conversation was between my husband and the front desk girl. Not cool!! Check out was different. The front desk girl bent over backwards to get us out of our room. "I was very impressed with this hotel. Great lobby, great pool, great rooms. My only complaint was the service at the coffee bar in the lobby. There was one worker and he was busy in the back preparing for an event. I had to wait up to 5-10 mins for him to serve me. He was very nice and it wasn’t his fault but they should had another server to reduce the wait."
