"Cleaning needs improving - lots of hair: Hair in bed, floor, toilet. Bed sheets had hair and stains on it. Towels with stains. (Asked for new towels and sheets and this was fine). Check in was very quick. WiFi poor - fortunately I bought an esim. Breakfast staff were lovely. Breakfast is good and filling. "The Niles Hotel is a boutique hotel located in the Sultanhamit district within a ten minute walk to the Grand Bizarre. The rooftop terrace provides a great view of Bosporus. This was my first visit to Istanbul and the Niles was a good choice."

"This property refused to check us in the evening, due to unfortunate unforeseen issues that had accured with our trip to Turkey from Australia, they offered us a less than pleasant alternative and we had to book another place on the same day we were scheduled to check into Onkel. Very angry and unhappy about what they did, and would like to demand a full refund."
