"Ideally located hotel on the riverwalk and close to most areas of interest. Most enjoyable Found a car park almost opposite for approximately 50% of hotel rate which was also great (booked with Parkit)"

"Loved the pool but not enough chairs to lay out during the day. More set up to party at night. Should be changed out. Food was great but room services had no salt or pepper for the eggs... rooms were spacious, clean & very comfortable. Loved the decor. 3 mile radius free transport needs some work, our driver did not know how to read a GPS. We gave directions. He was extremely nice. All together loved it and will be back. Would give it 4.5 "

"This hotel is a landmark and was built in 1886. They offer a free tour of the hotel which I would recommend. It's very well maintained while keeping all it's original charm. Downtown location is perfect - we did not need a car to get around the city. Staff well very helpful, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel!!!"

"Overall, stay was phenomenal, staff was accommodating and friendly. Hotel offerings included a welcome beverage, a free happy hour beverage, free coffee from the cafe in the morning. Option to not have your room cleaned for credit on your stay. As well as a $10 food & Bev credit per day. There is construction in the area but they provide noise cancelling machines and earplugs but we only turned the machine on once so wasn’t bad at all. "The staff was EXTREEMLY efficient and helpful. We received service almost immediately when we had a need or question. The price was excellent for the room we had. The pool and outside bar were vary clean and well maintained! The location was Perfect for shopping and food. I would love to stay here again!!!! "
