"Excellent overall. Excellent breakfast and overall service. Only concern was high charges for dinner buffet and ala carte. But otherwise no complaints. Very near to US embassy and biometric center. Staff very courteous. Allowed us to keep bags after checkout time till evening. Allowed to use restrooms after that. Quick response to service calls for water or electric iron. Highly recommend to others. Bit pricey but worth it. "

"Big shout out to Rose, Sathish & Rithika helping me with all my needs. Concierge’s were awesome with my constant touring weee looking after my luggages. During IPL week, plastic bottles were used. This weekend, I see only glass bottles in my room. I wish plastic was avoided. "

"Needs more staff for dinner and breakfast. They are overwhelmed and can’t cope with the asks and demands of the guests. Also the property can be better in terms of maintenance. There were some bugs in the room and in the food area. "
