"Filthy rooms badly in need of updating (see photo of tub). Leaky faucets. Wifi was patchy at best. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Completely not worth the money and quite a ways away from Central Gangtok. Nothing within the resort to stay in and enjoy either. We will not be returning - and recommend you please stay away. There are plenty of other options in Gangtok for this high a price"

"Worst hotel and rudest customer service in 25 years We were wrongfully charged for meals for an extra guest ! The hotel at Pelling said they couldn’t do anything abt it. Don’t book this hotel - we got NO view of the Kanchenjunga. Many hotels in the area falsely claim to offer views of the Kanchenjuna. "
