"2 day road trip with the boys. Went to erie for opening day at the races. Hotel is close and a short 5 minute walk to the casino/track. (available shuttle if you want) If your going there for those 2 events, your at the right place. wouldnt stay anywhere else. hotel (cleanliness) is above average, and staff is very nice. "

"I left some clothes on a rack and the employees found them, and are willing to mail them to me in a postage paid envelope I sent them. I appreciate their kindness in doing this. While we were there they provided excellent service at check-in and during the breakfast that is offered each morning. "

"The staff upon my arrival was helpful and courteous. We arrived a few hours before check in time, so they took care of our bags till we returned later in the evening. Staff was very informative. They don’t have a shuttle, but they arrange for a Lyft ride to the airport at no charge. "

Sat at the bar downstairs and TONY was amazing great personality 🙌 Room was clean and it was quiet even though there was a wedding. Only down fall was the parking. But its a short walk or you pay the valet. Would stay again!!!"

"We stayed at the Sheraton to break up a long trip- but I was also curious what the area was like so thought we would use this as an opportunity to scope out Erie to see if we would want to return for a longer stay. The hotel was exceptional. We have had so many terrible hotel stays due to filthy conditions and this was a breath of fresh air. The room was spotless down to the baseboards. Carpet clean- no dust anywhere. Bathroom as comfortable as being home. The check in area was lovely. ...
