"There are no signs showing this is a Ramada or Wyndham owned property. Only sign says "Peppertree Atlantic Beach Villas" which felt a little shady. Got there at night and was very confused. Finally followed check-in signs and both the front and rear doors of the front desk were locked. You're apparently supposed to call the security number in this situation which we found out from a guy at a "guard" booth. "There wasn't anything wrong with the property. Friendly staff and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The downside was the behavior of the homeless people in the woods outside the property. We witnessed domestic abuse, etc. It's to no fault of the property, just a byproduct of the area."

"Our stay was nice, but I was charged for my room in addition to being charged by Expedia. The hotel said the fixed the issue, but when I went to check out and asked for a receipt of the changes made the two front desk people said they had no record of changes made and seemed very aloof about helping me get a receipt. Over all nice stay…I just wish the staff was a little more helpful in getting my extra charges worked out. "
