Especially room service manager was so pathetic and arrogant and when asked for his superiors name to complaint he said he is the final boss. I was in suit room, and when asked for coffee satchets they would send 1 or 2 and I always had to contact front desk for house keeping and room service. Such attitude and arrogance and lack in service is not expected from 5 star property such as this."
