"The apartment was clean and neat. Staff were friendly. Stay was very comfortable Should have added more plugs. No place to plug on the toaster/kettle. You have to unplug the tv/light to plug them in and keep them on floor The main issue was there was no wifi. We booked through hotels.com who told there was free wifi. But the receptionist told the details were not changed even though it was informed several times."

"Excellent hotel for skiing at this lovely resort. Food and drink options were great and staff were very positive and helpful. Slight niggles such as constantly running out of basics at meal times (plates/bowls/tea bags/hot water) which was a bit annoying when you rushing to get to lessons.
