"The stay here was better than the old Yelp reviews lead on. The beds and pillows are very firm but get the job done. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pumps in the bathroom so you dont need to bring your own. There is a sign on the bathroom saying if you steal, soil, or damage any of the items in the room, you have to pay for them, be aware. They list individual prices for damaged items like wash cloths being 15 bucks. Make sure you close your curtains very well or else people...

"I didn't like the fact that my room needed a plastic shower liner, I was there for 2 nights and no one serviced my room. It would be helpful if the tv came with a guide as to what was on the tv, more that what channels were available."

"We had an excellent one night stay while in town for a whale watch (which was unfortunately canceled due to weather). The hotel is located one block from shops and dining on mainstream and the staff was excellent and very welcoming. The room was very clean and had everything you could need. One thing to note is that check in is from 3-11pm and the office does close after 11. We arrived around 11:30pm and staff was very nice and willing to wait for us to check in. We will definitely stay here...

"The hotel in itself was very nice looking, the beds were comfortable and the room was nice. When I checked in they asked me if I wanted my room cleaned every day & since I have a toddler I said yes, we got our room cleaned ONCE in five days of staying there! No free breakfast EVERYTHING we wanted to eat had to be bought, even the coffee! So upselled and NOT WORTH the price, the food was subpar! Also, mu daughter who traveled with us decided to pay for her own room once we got there, I paid...
