"Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, & although there was an issue with toilet not flushing maintenance came promptly to fix twice. The room was nice, AC wasn’t the best but ceiling fan kept room comfortable. Also the water in shower could use some adjusting because it was like warm at best. I would stay there again but would hope to get a room with a better working toilet and warm water."

"The Element is a very comfortable studio condo. Attaching the Westin brand suggest a little refinement, some je ne sai quoi… in reality, kinda? The layout of my King room was very functional. Bed comfortable, ample storage and giant bathroom. But the carelessness is noticeable: missing closet handle, coffeemaker basket not made for that machine model, chopping board but no sharp knife? Still - The staff was lovely and my stay was enjoyable. "
