" I recently stayed at Elanza Hotel in Bangalore and had an overall pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. The breakfast offered a good variety and was quite satisfying. One of the highlights of our stay was the friendly and attentive staff, who made us feel very welcome. "There is ample scope of improvement considering the brand name associated with it. The facilities and room fittings/furniture can be upgraded. The floor carpet has a stale stink and needs up gradation. The washroom drains are very slow (almost clogged) and the toiletries are quite basic. The food buffet layout is average and does not match the high price charged. Overall: an average experience"

"Horrible experience ever. The wifi was dropping off every 2 min. The restroom tap leaked and smelled like gutter. There was a leaking sprinkler above one of the beds that soaked a bed completely. Complete waste of money."
