"I’m used to staying at another Hilton resort, it was my first time in this one. The only issue I would say it’s parking, we weren’t able to park outside our building which was #32 we only found parking all the way down to where the reception area is. The property itself is great and the staff as well. Unfortunately you can’t control what kind of guest you get, very disorderly and using drugs in the parking lot. But nothing to complain about the facility itself. "

"We absolutely loved this property for my family of 3. We stayed in a suite and my son has his own room and we had a kitchenette. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We never waited more than a few minutes for shuttles coming and going to the parks. I read these reviews before booking and they were all correct. We will be staying here again once Epic opens. "
