"Beautiful hotel, with very spacious rooms which are like mini apartments! Balconies have a stunning view of the mountains and lake. Great parking directly outside the hotel. Rooms have two levels, with kitchen and living space upstairs, and bathroom/bedroom downstairs. Breakfast was wonderful, great service from staff and picturesque view. "Cute hotel at the end of a private drive. We had room 201 and shared with friends of ours. The room was very tidy and spacious, with a lovely balcony with great views. Yes, the bathroom smelled like sulfur but it's common in Iceland with hot water. The common area was very spacious and was a great place to hang out. "Beautiful location, extremely peaceful and quiet and very close to nature plus with outstanding views of the town of Metsovo across the valley. The room was large and well maintained, with a lovely private verandah with views over the valley. Breakfast was an excellent buffet spread with a good range of freshly squeezed juices, local foods and international options. The yoghurt, local honey and nuts were terrific. The infinity pool was a delight after hot days out hiking or walking around."

"Great location with fantastic staff, room is *very* small, and lacks ammenities compared to what i expect, there's just hand soap and that's it. Not sure if this is normal or not, but every hotel I've been too has had toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, tea making facilities etc. Was kinda a bummer because it meant I had to go buy big bottles that I could only use once or twice."
