"We had a great time at Hotel Jazz - the rooms were just like the pictures. They checked us in about an hour earlier than check out. The rooftop bar and pool was very inviting and we spent a lot of time up there when we weren't touring the city. Jaime and Mary Lou were awesome and invited us to a beer tasting and provided delicious snacks that went well with the beers we were sampling. Thanks Jaime and Mary Lou for a great time. "Staff were lovely, very helpful, polite, and attentive. The hotel main reception, bar, dining room were excellent, and very clean. The rooms were lovely and all the facilities you could want - air con (a little noisy but powerful),was very good, although a little tired in places. All and all great hotel and location (about 5 mins in a taxi to La Rambla €7.50). "

"This is an old building but the rooms are renovated and everything is new and clean. But what I liked most is how pleasant and helpful the staff have been at all times. Check in and out times are great plus the staff will do all they can to let you in if you arrive early. The location is perfect. "

"Such a peaceful and relaxed environment, reception staff are patient and polite, cleaning crew are amazing and fun and the hotel has enough to offer so you do not get bored , they kindly decorated my room in celebration of my birthday and it honestly put the cherry on top , definitely need to come back !!!!! "I loved the style, and comfort of the junior suite we had. Huge balcony with comfy loungers and 8th floor, so a good view. The spaces in the hotel are very chic. A little bit of a struggle to get to Gothic district, but if that's not your priority, this is absolutely perfect"
