"The best part of the proprty is its proximity to most of the attractions and eating spots. From the outside the Hotel looks to be quite small but is quite large and has wings on multiple sides. The staff in the bar and in the restaurant is excellent and truly deserves the rating, the reception staff could be little bit more out going we felt. while they answereed all of our queries, they were to the point , on their own they did not come up with any options or suggestions "

"I would have given my stay a perfect rating if it weren’t for the fact that at breakfast none of the workers were wearing masks (and it was a buffet). They didn’t care about our safety during this pandemic. Please avoid at the moment. Otherwise, very beautiful hotel. "

"Everything worked out fine and the reason for that was member Bettina. She welcomed us with a glass of elderberry juice, explained everything about the hotel and gave us directions to important places to visit. Her upbeat and congenial personality made our stay so enjoyable."

"O11 was a really nice hotel located close to the State Opera House and city center. It is close to the metro and an easy trip from the train station or airport. The room was nice and the staff was helpful. Late check out did cost 15 euro for an extra hour. It would have been nice if they just provided it as a courtesy. I would stay here again. "
