"The one bedroom private villa was our favourite part of our stay in Sanur. The pool was incredible, and so much space to relax and unwind. Huge bath in the bathroom and in a great location that was an easy walk to shopping, massages and the beach. Would definitely stay again! "

"looks better than actually is. photos show potential, in actuality bathtub cannot fill with hot water because tank for hot water is too small, so never can have a bath. they show kitchen but it comes with zero cooking ware or untensils let alone appliances so you have to buy stuff, crazy. you have to buy gas and water. its a joke. pool lounge area is big enough for two so be prepared to take turns and only sun hits spot from 12-2 daily. "

"What a wonderful villa. The staff was brilliant and the highlight of our stay. The hired cooked catered to all our needs and dietary requirements (which we had a lot of!) can’t thank the staff enough for making our family have an enjoyable stay. The villa was beautiful with a great size pool. The only complaint I would have is that the master bathroom was very slippery when wet and that the only way to get to the other three bedrooms was a steep bridge. "We never even got through the door. We sent messages and didn’t get any replies. If you are arriving late, there is no one to let you in. "

"Great stay overall! Nice villa with a private pool. Only feedback I’d give is that the master bedroom on the top floor (villa 3) needs a curtain the block out the light as there is currently nothing covering the window near the door open entering. Also be aware for stains on the beds… But overall great stay, great location and friendly staff "

"Sprained my ankle in Bali. I asked the hotel to see if there were any exceptions to make to my reservation because I needed to leave Indonesia to get an MRI. They took 3 days to ask for proof of healthcare services. I provided them pictures of all my paperwork, and then they took another 3 days to respond ultimately to tell me it was too late to do anything. I was 10 days away from my reservation, but waiting for the hotel's response alone is part of the reason why it was too late. I would not...

"I loved the private pool which was so refreshing in the humidity. The staff were friendly and welcoming and helpful. Tony organised a private tour day for us in a taxi, we had a great day. Easy walk to the beach and shops, lots of eating options nearby and if you don’t like walking in the Bali streets then taxis are easy to organise for dinner or the port transfer "

"It’s a bit outdated feel to me. The location and cleanliness are great but the room design is not my preference ..... shower and kitchen are outside of the room. It’s not convenient for me to use during the night time. Also, their lighting is not very bright , it’s too dim for me! "
