The hotel was beautiful and had very friendly staff. The only downfall was that we never had housekeeping tend to our room any of the 4 days we were there. We had to ask the lady at the front desk for towels twice since this was never tended to by housekeeping.

Not all that glitters is gold. Wasn’t as photographed. Very old building. Old amenities. Not aesthetically pleasing. Evening staff a bit slow

Staff need to be more hospitable. Checking out was the best service from the desk agent and she was the only one there. At check in, there were three people more involved in their conversation that she just handed me a key card . I had to ask to what room!
