"Courteous,friendly staff and clean place "

"The staff were magnificent, all very helpful especially amen in the breakfast area. Food was great high quality with a good selection of European and Indian dishes. The facilities in the room were good with access to English language films and sport. It was a bit away from everywhere else and there could have been better facilities on the beach as the sea did look inviting. On the whole thumbs up all round. It is what I expect from a 5 star hotel. "

"The bathroom shower area does not have a fully closable glass panel. It is only half closed and because of the gap the water comes out when taking a shower. The bathroom exhaust mechanism is not working or it needs improvement. Water does not evaporate from the bathroom and creates a musty odor. Room fresheners will not solve this and may affect those who are sensitive to fragrances. Especially request to change the spray used in elevators. "Very friendly and consistent service. Clean private breach is very nice. I follow Keto and their fish choices are perfect. Chef Tapan took extra care to accommodate us which was great. Thank you."

"Lack of amenities, also there were not many options for breakfast or even normal food, also there were no tea or coffee packets present in the room, because of covid norms (as they said), but I assume Rs10 per room won't save their expenses. Also drinking water should be packed bottles in these covid times. "

"If you think this is part of MGM group, it is NOT. It is a local MGM group that has taken the global brand and monetizing on it. The property by itself is not really bad. But they rate themselves as MGM global brand and charge premium like a 5 star Hotels and that is where the problem is. If they charge 1000 - 2000 rupees, $20 - $50 per night, it is not bad. But anything more than $100 per night is too much for this place. I actually wanted to cancel my second night. But the hotel did not allow...

"On checking into my room Jan 27th, I found no hangers in closet, no hand towels in bathroom, soiled floor and a dirty floor towel in the bath room. The breakfast area is chaotic with poor oversight or food replenishment. Untrained staff. My room was changed to club room by the hotel mgt. Moving into the room I found the closet door (one half) jammed, no toilet paper and the fridge not working. There is a basic feeling of being let down. Unhappy with my stay though staff lacking motivation....
