My family and I really like holiday inn and always chose to stay whenever we travel. This holiday inn is really bad compare to others. Water leak through bathtub shower door to the floor after showering. Only have 1 bath towel mat. Called front desk on first night, got 2 extra. However, tried to call front desk 4-5 times on the second night, no answer at all. Bathroom is really small and floor is wet, really uncomfortable to use bathroom. Toilet seat is not steady. Housekeeping did not refill shower gel since first night and empty trash bin, do vacuuming. Also charged $15 per night for car parking. Really disappointed holiday inn this time.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The room was nice and smelled very fresh and clean, which I loved. However, the breakfast was lacking; there was hardly any food available, and not enough was being replenished. They also seemed to be short-staffed, as the line at the front desk was very long.

Property is well kept Isaiah and Rochelle were very courteous and professional. The hotel is understaffed and the workers have to work twice as hard for optimum Custer service experience to be successful. Overall, I would definitely return.
