"Everything regarding stay was very good. But In Room service was poor. Food was bad. Grilled sandwiches was soggy. I had asked for brown bread, white bread was sent. Had lots of onions and hardly any other vegetables. Food needs lot of improvement. "

"Location of the hotel was good. The bad experience at the time of check-in as they insist for advance payment of entire amount unlike other hotels of same category. Also this practice was not there when it was run under name of Park Plaza. Very unprofessional attitude at least with regular visitor."

"Decent stay. Property is nice and well maintained. Rooms are on the smaller side but clean. Breakfast buffet was a mess, the hotel was understaffed to handle the crowd. It took long time to get a table cleaned and to get the orders served."
