"This now being my 4th stay, that probably speaks volumes. On this occasion due to travel issues at Dubai airport, i arrived 13 hours late, with no luggage as it had been delayed in Dubai. I assisted in purchasing some new cloths so i had freash clothes for the morning, while i was doing that my favourite meal had been made for my supper Thanks guys for making my late arrival as easy as possible. "Absolutely awful! I arrived with the photo, it did not match what was in front of me. The facilities and the room did not meet my expectations. When I asked the staff to give me refund they said no. False advertising or what! The welcome drink tasted like gone off oil and slightly like faeces. "The hotel was just away from the busy road, & quiet enough. On arrival I found my shower shampoo & gel were empty, this was fixed very quickly. The toilet seat threatened to eject me off. This took way too long to even be looked at. The repair meant the seat wouldn't easily go down past 45°. After 4 days, a new seat assembly was fitted. My laundry was ready by 10.00 1 day, but after 18.00, & a lot of chasing, it was finally delivered !!!. So as a conclusion, my stay was ok, but let down by poor...

"1st time in North Goa but have been coming to the south for many years. Hotel on 1st View looks nice but some small things let it down. We weren’t told by the hotel that you needed to leave you key at reception if you want your room cleaned and giving fresh towels. "This hotel is clean and close to the beach not to mention the lots of shops and restaurants within ten minutes walk. The hotel is clean and the complementary breakfast has a good spread offering choice of parathas and prepared eggs."

"I stayed there for 4 nights from 4th Jan to 8th Jan with my family. Excellent location & Excellent rooms. You will not find any excellent hotel at so great location with so much reasonable rate. Break fast is also excellent"
