Hi, sleep inn, I really like how you guys were doing upgrades too many of the rooms while I was there. The noise was kept to a minimum which was fantastic, and as a customer, we certainly always appreciate upgraded rooms that have more of a modern look. Especially the fact that you remove the car and put down the, engineered wood floor.
For the most part, my room is perfectly clean, however, the only thing I would ask that you consider improving on is the regular cleaning staff, or if you bring other people to do it whoever… please make sure that you are wiping down the light switches and electrical outlets. They were absolutely filthy and who knows how many years of dirt built up on them. Sometimes it’s not always the big things. It’s the small things that stand out. The other things that I would suggest is to please, clean the windowsills, they had black mould spots on them and could really use a little love.
I could definitely say I was impressed that I had a brand new mattress, and it was perfectly clean underneath it when I lifted it (The first thing I do step into curtains and all soft fabrics for signs of bedbugs); Why I lifted the mattress. And I promise you I can say there were absolutely no bedbugs in my room, thank God!!
I love the 24 hour coffee, Hot chocolate and tea That you guys offer and the breakfast selection was great.
