We stayed in room 513. Great location. Walked everywhere. However, The bed was very uncomfortable and our room for 4 nights didn’t have a window to see outside. It faced a wall art? Very odd room. Decor is meh.

Super neat hotel within walking distance to Fanuel Hall. Morning breakfast options close by were fairly limited, and the area right outside the door is a bit sketchy. I would difinitely stay there again though, as someone used to that sort of area it didn't bother me, but it could bother someone a bit more bougie ;).

DVD player did not work and we told the front desk and they didn’t offer to do anything about it. Kitchen said they stopped server food at 11 but we couldn’t order at 10:30. The bartended seemed genuinely clueless. Other than that the rooms were clean so that was nice.

The only thing we didn’t like was that we had to pay extra for a room with a window, and then the window was just inside the building. Wish I had know that I wouldn’t have paid extra for it.

Given the price and the location I'd say it’s very good value. But the room has no coffee maker or microwave and neither does the lobby offer coffee or hot water. It’s okay for someone who just needs a clean bed to sleep but definitely not enough if you need to spend more time in the room.
