Unfortunately, the number of the staff is very limited. There’s no kettle in the room and it’s always a long wait for someone to be free to tend to the hotel bar for a drink or hot water. The water pressure was very weak. It’s ok to take shower, but to fill a bath tub, it took 25 mins. There are many drug addicts lurking...

When I contacted them on your message boards they said they did for 100 euros. Eventually when I spoke to hotels.com they chose to believe the hotel when they said I was lying even though the conversation was on the hotels. Com message board . "
