"This was a very pleasant stay. I arrived from the international airport quite late, but was able to get room service. The breakfast had lots of good options (north Indian, south Indian, eggs to order, cereal, etc), excellent coffee (cappuccino or americano is no problem) and excellent access to the metro. I was able to walk to the metro and make it to my meetings in town. Way better than driving in the terrible delhi traffic. When I returned, there were lots of great dining options close by, within a reasonable cab-distance. The food in the hotel was also an excellent option! "

"It was my 4th visit to Taj Damdama and just like before the property did not fail to impress me with their hospitality. The resort is under renovation and took extra care to inform us about it and gave us room where we did not hear any noise and it did not feel that we are in a property where work is going on. The rooms are spacious and surrounded by plants and trees. The view from the room and the restaurant is quite natural and the vibe is very relaxing. I want to extend special Thanks to Urmila who personally reached out to us to take extra care. Even the staff at Shamiyana, the chef took extra care by recommending the best dishes and taking genuine feedback from the guests. Taj Hotels always exceed the bars they have set previously. I can't wait to come back again and enjoy the newly built Villas and the fabulous touch they are giving to this resort, Thank you again"

"The service from staff was very good, commendable and accommodating when I asked to be changed from my room to another one. The food offered during breakfast was good, but I think the chef or cook could reduce the spiciness for the Western palate as not everyone is used to chilli spice hot tastes. Adding chilli sauce to a dish individually is easier than removing it from a dish cooked with chillies. My stay was good, and the hotel's positioning was great. It was easy to access shops. Calling an Uber service from the hotel was easy. "
