"Receptionist closed hotel early. We came to hotel half hour before closing, snd nobody was there, so we had to go arounf through back door in the dark parking. Overall streight 3 star hotel, only extra is genuine Africa decorations and some furniture."

"- good breakfast - good parking - poor staff, especially room cleaning service is barely existant - welness isn’t the best and largest in the area as their ads promise. You can have a much better deal for hotel, thermal park, restaurant and in fact everything in a nearby hotel Horal instead."

"The hotel was beautiful. The staff was excellent and informative and just down right nice. Wish we could have stayed here longer. Went to the Sky Bar there and the bartender there was excellent. He was just awesome. we were treated awesome here!!! Thank you!"
