Tanea at the desk was so very busy but always helpful andshe saved us so much money with her referrals for shuttle to downtown and cruise port with Seattle shuttle. You don't have to pay Cruise line prices. Referred us to several places, really helped with convenience and money. Thank you, Tanea, you brightened our days. Allowed us to check in early and had nice handicap accessible room. Hotel is close to monorail 10 minute walkand bus service and mall 3 miles away has shuttle."

"Great place to stay precruise. You can book Seattle express to take you to the terminal $50 round trip per person. Hotel back to airport when you return. Great value. Great breakfast that's included. "

"Two of my favorite things about this hotel are tue friendliness of the staff and the security of the hotel. You have to have a key card in order to access any of the floors that were not the main floor or lobby floor. They were in the middle of renovations to upgrade the elevators and other areas of the hotel. Very well maintained and taken care of. Would definitely stay again when visiting Seattle! "
