"Beautiful hotel away from the center, so it is quieter - but also requires a tuk tuk to go everywhere. Beds are either super hard or soft, so be sure to request a room with your preference (I switched after the first night.) Staff were nice enough and became more friendly after a few days. "They do not pay heed to any complaint. Very arrogant. The flushes in all the toilets are not functioning. The behavior of those in the reception is very rough. the hotel is full of cockroaches. The food supplied was not good and served in unclean utensils. Filthy bed linen were supplied. In a word the hotel is terrible."
