"Staff is friendly but the property lacks in some basic amenities - such as hot water. Through out our stay, we didn't get warm water in our showers, even after repeated reminders. There was stinking smell in couple of rooms. Staff had to be repeatedly reminded to provide towels, soap etc. Honestly, we were over-charged for the service we were provided."

"he rooms are large, well furnished, cool A/C, TV, good WiFi and very clean as well as the bathroom. The location can not be better. Few Restaurants, convenience store and ATM around the corner and between 20 minutes walk to Lake Pichola and the City Palace. The staff was very nice and friendly, specially the manager always helping with my requests. Highly recommended."

"OMG, where to start? First, the photos on the site are exactly as the hotel appears. From check-in, the staff were amazing and allowed us to have our room at 09:30. The area is bustling and vibrant, and the hotel decor reflects the merge of modern amenities with timeless architecture. The rooftop restaurant for breakfast is an oasis in the city. The views of the lake make it hard to head downstairs to head off on a tour. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough; excellent for travelers on a medium budget looking to enjoy the view."
