"This hotel is set up high near what is called The Mall which is a long retail street. You are not allowed to drive to the hotel as vehicle access is not allowed to the area so your bags have to be carried by porter. The hotel has spectacular views, the staff are friendly and helpfull. There is a good restaurant and importantly the location is great to walk to points of interest."

"This is about the worse hotel I ever stayed in. No heating working in winter. Hotel knew this and could have informed me so I could change my booking if I wished. Even lied to me saying heating would come on when they knew it has been not working for days. Staff are useless and you have to keep reminding them and chasing them for what you require.
