"We booked this stay for a week while work was being done at our home locally. It was the best experience we could have asked for. Having our dog and our cat with us, this was a very new experience. The staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. When we had to switch rooms (which was our fault due to not booking enough nights), they made it very easy. I loved that there was a second door to close off the main area after your in room, the room was quietest room I think I've ever been in. The only slight issue we had was figuring out how to get the shower hot, the controls not intuitive, but did on second day so no more lukewarm showers for us. "
