"Overall the stay was good. Ambience was excellent. Location is very close to the airport. Things which could have improved is the lighting in the room and bathroom fittings. Lighting in the room was poor and was a dim light. Bathroom taps and toilet flush have become old. It is functional though. Morning breakfast buffet was average, as I didn’t get much options even though I had informed them of my dietary requirements. It was a disappointment. Overall I will rate 3.5 / 5. Will recommend...

I booked at the price of 1150 and they told that they won't give me the room for that money and I have to pay 1600.i tried to contact hotels.com and couldn't find any numbers to contact. So I paid the amount. The room was In pathetic condition. Air conditioning was not working properly and the food which I ordered through get an hour to get delivered. Washroom was dirty and the water was not draining from the bathroom. Never ever...

"We had a lovely stay. The staff were very helpful especially as we arrived so late. They arranged transport from the airport and recommended places to eat as the hotel has no restaurent. The swimming pool on the roof was lovely and open early. The hotel was very clean, Sets of two rooms shared a communal area with a fridge. The hotel was conviently located on the edge of the historic part of town."

Siji at reception desk went above and beyond to arrange sight seeing tours.Dining staff was very helpful in preparing food to accommodate my needs. Hotel provided free trandportation to airport. "We stayed overnight as we had an early flight in the morning.the man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was like an apartment had everything uou needed and they have a dhuttle service to the airport. Akso xan ordef in from ftom nearby restaurants. Would recommend if you need to be near the airport."
