"I didn't like their towels and beddibgs. Very old, they look brown and torn out instead of white. When I called for somebody to fix the aircon, no one came."

The 1st room reeked of snoke so we hauled our stuff back downstairs to request a different room but it was no better so we simply left. Walked down to the Ibis Kuta Hotel instead for just a few dollars more."
