The price performance ratio of this hotel is ok. The prices in NY are usually higher. Cleanliness ok, aircondation extra loud. You can hear your neighbours AC as well. Opening window is also not a good solution since it's loud on the street. It was ok without AC since we stayed in may. But I cannot imagine in high summer months. Our bathroom was renovated which was good. Location is good to reach subway. Next two stations are within 3-4 min. distance.

Overall a great property as we are in Brooklyn for 1 night for a concert at the Barclays Center and it is literally a 7-8 minute walk from the hotel. You pay for this convenience of course but it’s worth it. The room is clean, you feel very safe as the elevator use requires an active hotel room key to access floors. Only issue was we arrived at 1pm which was 2 hours before check in as we flew in from Canada and I know check in isn’t till 3 but thought what is 2 hours… well we were told come back at 3. They offered to hold our backpacks which was nice but I’ve never been turned away 2 hours before a check in and on a Wednesday-a week day. That’s my only complaint.
