"This property is a perfect 10 (except for room #2). When I arrived the property grounds were beautiful just as pictured and there was a polite man there to greet me even though it was around 11pm. I was originally put in room #2, but upon entering the room I was met with the pungent smell of mold. "We loved our stay at the Villa Sally. The staff were accommodating and made us feel so welcome. The food was delicious and we had the breakfast option each day which was reasonably priced. We had the dinner option on one of the nights which was equally good. Would have given 5stars, however the cushions on sofa and bed could have been cleaner, and the sound on the television was poor, possibly due to a blown speaker! Other than that we had a beautiful time and enjoyed every moment! "

"Kelapa comes right up to a black sand beach, and the view from the pool is fantastic. The rooms are more than spacious, and if you have a villa with a private pool you will have a full size pool; not a plunge pool. It was the perfect escape to wind down and relax after spending the first part of our trip in the more busy and crowded areas of Bali. "We loved the Villas and the potential it has. Space wise it was perfect. It had more than enough space to cater for all of us. The staff were amazing and so friendly. They were always helpful and attended our needs straight away. Adi and the team were lovely. The villas do need some work as they look a little 'tired' updating some lined and towels would make a difference. Updating the bathrooms and adding some TV's and clocks in the rooms would help too. We noticed alot of the electrical points...

"The rooms were comfortable but didn't realize the first floor bathrooms would be open to nature. We found a frog in our bathroom one morning and the last morning found a lizard in our bathtub. I'm all for nature but outside of my room. Otherwise the rooms were comfortable and enjoyed the privacy of the our own pool and common area."
