"Nice pool great staff although during off season no beach activities and the transport outside hotel is extortionate and all part of taxi union so hotel has no say. Overall wasn’t much to do outside if hotel and I think Expedia should better explain facilities available. Personally I think the property is mis sold by Expedia and the problem is once you have booked through Expedia the hotel can’t do anything as you have paid Expedia. "Good location, good hotel, nice ambience and BEST STAFF!! We stayed at Trident Udaipur during end of march for 4 days, there were few hickups that were outside staff control , however they did their best to make our stay conformable and memorable. Special mention for their manager Urvi Mahajan .. she was always their for the guest .. Amazing service .. Keep it up ..
