" I recently stayed at Elanza Hotel in Bangalore and had an overall pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. "There is ample scope of improvement considering the brand name associated with it. The facilities and room fittings/furniture can be upgraded. The floor carpet has a stale stink and needs up gradation. The washroom drains are very slow (almost clogged) and the toiletries are quite basic. The food buffet layout is average and does not match the high price charged. Overall: an average experience"

"The staff were very helpful, the facilities were lovely and clean. My window didn't have a view out of, it was frosted over, but let in natural light which was fine by me. The AC was very powerful, actually had it turn it off sometimes because the room got too cold! Food was very good, both at breakfast and dinner. The only thing to note as a UK tourist is where I don't speak Hindi/Kannada, it is not easy to get dropped back to if you can't get an Uber, as taxi drivers don't know where it is,...

"The hotel used to be serviced apartments so all rooms have a kitchen and lounge so feels like a suite. I didn't like my room and the hotel went out of their way to change it. Comfortable bed and fast in room dining. The breakfast if complete veg so no eggs. Would recommend and a great location as very central"
