The location is also quite convenient for grab users at it sits between harbour bay terminal and Nagoya hill mall. For breakfast, I would recommend the local options just outside the hotel to support the locals."

"Towels are brownish in colour, so don't dare to use them. Wifi connection is unstable and keep dropping. I put the tag on the door to request to make up my room, but nobody came to do that. When I asked for the 2 complimentary bottles of water, the reception said they ran out of it and will give me 4 bottles tomorrow which doesn't help as I'm checking out the next day. The AC is just outside the window and you’ll hear the noise throughout the night. The only good thing is the location, really...

"Short of being a resort and yet a hotel slightly far from town, the only comfort that the hotel provides is free shuttle services and an extremely friendly and bilingual service team who goes all out to help customers. If only facilities and amenities could be upgraded, I would have given it a 4 star rating. "
