It looks like the visa process for Indian travelers heading to the United Arab Emirates just got easier, as Air Arabia has announced the launch of a new UAE service stemming from its partnership with IVS Global Services.
Indians now have more options when applying for a visa. Along with submitting an application at an Air Arabia sales shop, travelers can now apply via the carrier's website or by phoning their new call center specifically for Indian customers. Their travel agents can also begin the process directly from their office.
"Air Arabia has witnessed a steady year-on-year growth in travel from India to the UAE," said AK Nizar of the airline. "We have pioneered e-ticketing in this region and are happy to add value to that by now offering visas online. We are committed to offering value for money air travel solutions and the very highest standards of service."
Another new option that the carrier is offering is for travelers to schedule a pick-up, in which they can conveniently have the company retrieve their application from home. Those who choose this option will incur a small fee, but will be able to track their visa status online.
