Just OK
It was just ok, room was average, bed was not comfortable at all it was hard as a rock, not good for two people with bad backs. A/C unit never seemed to get the room very cool. We also had a room overlooking the air handling unit on the roof, absolutely no view for our first time to Palm Springs area. Not impressed. Going back to the area in April and we are looking for another hotel to go. On a positive note, the hotel was withing walking distance of restaurants, shopping and other attractions and that was great!

Comfortable and Reasonable
We were able to get a good rate from Expedia. We chose the hotel because of the Hilton name. The staff were friendly, although they couldn’t always answer questions about where things were in the neighboring towns. The hotel room was large and comfortable. The bathroom looked like it had been renovated. However, the ventilation system wasn’t very good. Our room was rather stuffy, but it was too noisy to leave the fan on all night. Also, it was a little strange that the hallways smelled like hospital or convalescent home.
