Not what was expected
Everything went smoothly at the check-in and I was graciously shown to my room...however the room was disgusting. Dirty, stains on the carpet, we had paid extra for a supposedly larger room with a balcony, well the balcony was right on a busy street and the room was noisy all night, smelled funny, and it was a tiny room. We left after one night’s stay. We quickly moved to another hotel that was cleaner, more spacious and classy.

Very nice hotel in a good location. Staff extremely helpful, great bar on the roof top!

Fall in love with Singapore - start here!
We were so impressed with their service starting with Check-in! The checkin-in included escorting you to your room and offered a cold complementary beverage! Great atmosphere with ultra chic restaurants and bars! So conveniently located next to local food court AND trendy Ann Siang Hill Street - with small and cool restaurants and bars. It’s also a couple of blocks away from Chinatown and train stations. We couldn’t be happier with this hotel!
