Property is very close to a train station. Too bad they didnt show me how to get there when I got off the train. They say they have a work out room, would have been nice if they had told me about it and when i tried to get in I couldn't. Day two, they gave me a map, would have been nice to get that day one too.

The property is located in a business zone, but is near to several restaurants. It is conveniently located near the train station. the staff were informative about what amenities are available and provided assistance when needed.

The hotel was nice, lots of phone calls to get garbage cleared up from room,shortage of bathroom amenities.

Tired coming from LA. Staff were nice and friendly. Im hyped up with the steam and sauna room. Gym was excellent but didnt have time to workout out!

Such a great location! Short walk to the train station and so easy to get all around Zürich and other parts of Switzerland. Not far from the airport, restaurants and other conveniences. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent club and restaurant. Breakfast buffet was great! Safe, clean and very enjoyable!

Nice hotel. Room is very clean and comfortable. Bed is great (firm). Very quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy to get around on nearby tram, and easy to take train from airport. No complaints.
Though this property is in a quieter part of town, there are trams nearby for travel to Old Town and the main train station. Also we found a market a short walk from the hotel for snacks, sandwiches, and incidentals. The hotel has an impressive breakfast buffet, also.
It’s out of town. Need to take tram all the time. But the station is close. Not for family or tourists. Very ran down. Very old carpet. More like 3 star hotel quality for five star hotel price. But Restrant food is very good. Most staffs are friendly. One Front desk employee gave us the wrong information for pharmacy location. No concierge!

The hotel was clean. But the room size was small and only one bathroom! Which was adisappontment when you have 6 people in the room!
Very clean and modern hotel. Walking distance to restaurants and there is a grocery store just around the corner. Great happy hour! Will stay there again.

Although they offer parking, they do not have enough spaces.The bathroom is small and not confortable. Expensive for what they offer and far from main attractions of the city. Do not recommend.

This is a nice, modern hotel in a cool neighborhood of Zurich. Bars and restaurants close by but also one can hop on the tram and easily head to another district.
Staff friendly. Good views. Nice sized and clean room.
Gym upstairs is small but absolutely can make it work. Gorgeous view here too.

The innovative art displays were astounding. I liked the bathtub. Haven’t soaked in one in 20 years. Now for the bad news. For a 5 star hotel, there wasn’t a concierge. Many phone call attempts to guest services went unanswered. Thus no room service. Housekeeping was insufficient- no washcloths, ladies’ toiletries garbage bags not refilled, only 1 bottled water left for 2 guests. Restaurant had a very limited menu. Soggy sandwiches and frozen salads in grab and go meals. Front desk wasn’t knowledgeable about street names in area. Spent money on a taxi for a place that was around the corner.

Adequate but disappointing
Service was good. Beds were comfortable. The fixtures and fittings were well worn and the curtains were ripped. The room could do with an upgrade and it did not merit 5 star rating. The shower was also very basic for the price. We also only got one small bottlen if water although 3 people were in the room which was inadequate.
