Unfortunately although it said that the property offered shuttle service to and from the airport, that was not true we had to taxi there. When we arrived they were understaffed and there were no clean glasses to drink the water that was offered at the front desk…the staff were not very friendly or very helpful…our room was for 2 people my sister and I however there was only one complementary bottle of water, which is the same for a one person room. Although we ordered the shuttle service for a pick up in the morning which was supposed to be $10.50 for two people they ordered us a taxi instead for $16 francs. For a 4 star hotel it was very disappointing. We had stayed at B and B hotel a week earlier and they were better with free shuttle service, 2 bottles of water and cheerful staff. Never staying there again.

A great choice if you're looking to stay near the Zurich Airport. The only area that could use some enhancement is the speed of the check-in process.
