“Perfect for overnight flight connections.”

Transfer bus waits just a few yards from arrivals and runs every 30 minutes. Less than 10 minutes to hotel. Smooth and swift check-in and the rooms are absolutely sound proof. Mid morning transfer back to airport was without problems even though I was afraid of bus queues (We were a party of six people) All in all, a satisfactory experience and my fears were ungrounded. Would certainly stay here again.

“Exceptional!”

This hotel is superb! It seemed virtually brand new and was very clean. We could see the airport which was good for us, kids had there binoculars out, but you are not disturbed by any noise, great soundproofing. Only used the restaurant for breakfast which was good. Room was pristine, had digital LCD TV with loads of channels, even English ones. Overall, would definitely recommend.

“Great family friendly hotel on outskirt of Zurich”

The hotel is on the outskirts but only takes about 15 minutes to reach the heart of Zurich, either by car or by train with a station about 5 minutes walk away and trains running every 30 minutes. It's a relatively new building and features many mod-cons. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean as would be expected from a good hotel chain such as this. There were a few teething problems with the bedding but the staff were very apologetic and helpful in trying to sort this out. You can get 30 minutes free wifi, after that its chargeable. Buffet breakfast is not very exhaustive, but still offers a decent selection of cereals, cold meats, cheese and salad along with juices and hot drinks (including a very tasty hot chocolate!) There is also a couple of screens in the lobby that can connect to an Xbox or Playstation which you can borrow from the front desk, so great for keeping kids entertained. We found the staff (and managers) to be very polite and helpful which left a great impression in our minds. We'd certainly stay there again and would recommend this hotel to others.

“Holiday inn express Rumlang”

My only remark is about the airport shuttle bus. It was easy to find but is way too small for the number of guests wanting to use it. We had to rush and push our way to get a seat and the bus left lots of frustrated guests behind.

“Nice,modern & budget hotel”

The hotel is one of the best places in Zurich, if you are not willing to spend double the money. In any case one is barely there in the hotel if there for a holiday. The hotel is newly furnished and the hotel is absolutely neat and clean. The staff is friendly and nice except one confused, thin, middle height, blonde woman. The plus of the hotel is the complimentary breakfast, shuttle service to both the airport and the city and the Rumlang train station is right behind the hotel, abt a 3 min walk, which is 5 mins away from the Zurich HB(main station) from where regular trains run to all the tourist destinations. Another good thing abt the hotel is its dinner menu, not too much variety but the food is delicious and well presented. The breakfast is also pretty good. The only neagtive abt the hotel is that the rooms are small, i guess that's with most budget hotels in Europe. In totality a very good , modern budget hotel.

“Good quality hotel.”

Good hotel, 12 minutes by train from Zurich HB. Close to airport. Hotel room was fine. Good shower, bed, TV. Missing a fridge but okay for me. Tea and coffee in room. Migros, Aldi, McDonalds, Subway, Valentino Pasta nearby. Bakery by the station. Has everything you need close by.
