"Hotel staff was great. Nuria was very informative on local activities and getting us to where we wanted to go. We were able to get to a viewing site for the Matterhorn thanks to her help. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were nice and spacious. One of the few hotels that I actually didn't want to leave, because I was comfortable there. "

"Comparable to any 5 star resort on this planet in terms of service and cleanliness. The staff was AMAZING. First free drinks, then a tour of the facility. This hotel should teach a master class on service and staff loyalty. Every employee is friendly and eager to serve. I can't recommend Hotel Matthiol enough. "Hotel Excelsior was a very nice hotel in a very great location in Zermatt. The room was clean and modern the shower was amazing and while a small room it was very comfortable and included a balcony. There was a great view from the balcony and everything was perfect including the breakfast which was a very nice spread a very good clean food."
