Room 406. Rundown room, no kettle, no mini fridge. You can hear the plumbing of the other rooms. Is close to the centre, so is a plus.

The room was clean,comfortable bed,very basic .but we had no sleep because of the noise from the street.also we could hear the next room television sound .no sound proof between the rooms.it was very noisy.

Great hotel for town centre, access to restaurants etc and tourist attractions. The staff were exceptionally helpful, particularly bearing in mind my lack of language ability.

Small room with single bed mixup
There was confusion – I booked but they couldn’t find me and thought I hadn’t paid from my trip. Somehow they were looking at booking.com but the receptionist was lovely and told me to look at the booking – then I realised it was the wrong one because it was Booking.Com. I had reserved a double bed but have been given a single bed obviously due to the confusion. The room was very small but no complaints.

Great location, but .....
Great central location. Rooms were large and clean. Our first floor room had a frosted window, opening onto a light well set between the hotel and apartment blocks, with washing lines hanging out. Difficult to see the sky and even on a brilliant sunny day, the room was dark and depressing. No bar or restaurant. Parking in the underground garage was difficult and cramped and the lack of a lift to this level meant that suitcases had to be lugged to the ground floor.

Probably the worst Ibis I stayed in ever; the place was quite run down and dirty. The location snd the breakfast are the only positive sides.

Family half-term holiday in Zaragoza
We stayed in the Ibis Styles Zaragoza Ramiro as part of a family holiday for October half-term. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and it is only a short walk from the river and main tourist areas. Breakfast was the same every day, but there was enough to choose from to keep mum, dad and the kids happy. Coffee (unfortunately without milk) was available in the hotel reception - but on the last day the hotel ran out of paper cups. We had a very spacious room, with plenty of space for proper beds for us all.

A difficult car park
A much bigger room than we expected with cooling to match. The room was so big that we had a spare bed even with three of us in the room. Lack of hot water in the lobby for tea and coffee was disappointing but overall a very good stay. I have emphasised the car park because it is an elevator car park and while I pride myself on being a good driver, it was very difficult to navigate a subaru outback in and out.

Close to city centre and restaurants.
Stop off on a journey south. Good location to walk to the city centre and Pilar. Bathroom needs a refurbishment, room 301. Breakfast adequate. Good parking under hotel, did not have to drive off site like many spanish hotels.

Great location and amenities
Hotel is centrally located in this adorable, fun town. Check-in was easy although not very friendly. I had also called in advance to request a roll away bed, which I was told would be available. Upon arrival the woman at the front desk informed me that a roll away bed is not an available option. It was very convenient that there was a parking garage, as parking in the town is not really available. The wide variety of breakfast was delicious!

Basic hotel for one night stay in Zaragoza. Breakfast included. Far from Delicias Train station so need to cab it but once there, easily walkable to main tourist sites.

No nonsense hotel in touristic center
Nice stay. The room had all the basics and no luxuries. It was clean, although there was cigarette smoke in the hallway. The TV was difficult to figure out. The staff was wonderful and provided a bucket with ice. They had a parking garage for the car for an additional charge, which we were glad to pay given that street parking was very limited and potentially unsafe. Our dog was welcome at no charge. The location was good for seeing the main tourist attractions and the staff was glad to give us a map and point us in the right direction. Finding our way in and out back to the highway was complicated.

The room was a normal ibis type room. Ive stayed in a lot of them around the world. The female reception staff and female breakfast staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Obviously they sacked the rude male staff commented on previous reviews, this is excellent the company took action. Needed thicker blankets, like a thick duvet. Occassionally wifi was slow but not often. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety. Overall an excellent stay at another ibis.

The only good point - location.
Service was the worst we've encountered in Spain. The female receptionist we met at checkout was lovely but her male collegues were plain rude and uphelpful.

One night stay
We stayed for one night. Staff were friendly and able to speak English - though our only interaction with them was in check in and check out. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was also spacious. Shower was great - nice and powerful. Breakfast was decent - selection of a few cereals, coffee, juice, yoghurt, toast, pastries, fruit. Within 20-30 min walk of sites such as "Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar" and "Palacio de la Aljaferia" which was nice.
