For the room size, the bungalows do have a space move around also considering the price range and facilities, it is the right size. We are apologizing for any inconvenience of the guests. When the situation was brought up to management, we immediately took action and started an investigation. However, during our investigation following up over the entire stay, the guests themselves gave us reason to be suspicious because their story was changing daily, while in the beginning IDs and other documents were missing with the money, there was no word about the documents when we followed up. Also, the guests refused to use the safe box in the room. Further the guests refused calm conversation in the managers office but making sure to start loud complains when other guests were around in order to put pressure on the situation while most of the day we could observe them being very relaxed and enjoying.
